Ruth Yvonne Stubbs appeals by writ of error from a divorce decree incorporating an agreement incident to divorce regarding the division of property and conservatorship and support of a minor child. Conservatorship issues were not raised in this appeal. Mrs. Stubbs contests the lack of a record at the divorce hearing and the incorporation of the property agreement into the divorce decree.
