PER CURIAM.

Claimant appeals as of right from an order entered in the Genesee County Circuit Court which affirmed a decision of the Michigan Employment Security Commission (MESC) reducing his unemployment benefit from $97 to $21 each week.

Claimant was employed by respondent as a teacher for approximately 23 years, retiring on July 1, 1978. During his employment, claimant contributed $14,615.13 to his retirement fund, while respondent contributed $3,223.80...
