Defendant Ditsch was convicted of second degree murder (Pen. Code, § 187) and attempted first degree murder (Pen. Code, §§ 664/187) for conduct which occurred in 1978.1 He was sentenced that same year and resentenced in 1981 by order of this court. In 1984, Ditsch's sentence was ordered increased by the trial court. He petitions us for a writ of habeas corpus challenging...
