Leo M. Doll and Lorraine Doll (Dolls) brought this action in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County against Major Muffler Centers, Inc. (Major Muffler) seller of muffler pipe-bending equipment, and Colonial Pacific Leasing Co. (Colonial Pacific) which leased the equipment to the Dolls.
