Fruehauf Corporation, hereinafter Fruehauf, sold Debtor fifty (50) refrigerated trailers and twenty (20) dry vans. Debtor defaulted on the required payments in July of 1981 and filed for reorganization under the Bankruptcy Code in October of 1981.
