This is a deceptive trade practices act suit brought by Juan and Martha De Los Santos, the buyers of a house, against Alamo Lumber Company (Alamo), the builder and seller of the house, for breach of implied and express warranties and for false representations allegedly made by Alamo arising out of the sale of the house.
