Claimant appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission disqualifying him from unemployment compensation benefits. The Commission determined that claimant's July 15, 1982 termination resulted from misconduct in connection with his employment, in that claimant deliberately violated the employer's rules concerning absences from work.
