TITUS, Judge.

After a two-day jury trial, defendant was found guilty of selling marijuana (also spelled marihuana) on April 29, 1981, in Springfield, Missouri, in violation of § 195.0201 and was court-sentenced as a prior offender (§ 558.016) to imprisonment for a term of eight years. This appeal ensued.
