TAYLOR, Judge.

Appellant Kent Irby pleaded guilty to two charges of attempted unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle in violation of § 13A-8-11(b), Code of Alabama 1975. He was sentenced to twelve months in jail. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on two years' probation on September 30, 1982. In May 1983, the appellant was the driver of a car which struck a girl, killing her. She was knocked 20 feet in the air, run over and dragged 60 feet...
