This appeal complains of the recovery by Dane Richardson, as Plaintiff, for damages awarded to him for injuries received from a pipeline blowout and concerns the inadmissible reference to insurance during the trial. The rights of the Defendant, Phillips Pipeline Company, to be indemnified by Gulf Oil Corporation and Three Way Constructors, Inc., are also involved.
