Clyde Eklund appeals from summary judgment for Vincent Brass and Aluminum Company in his suit based on wrongful termination of employment. Appellant-Eklund's action included claims for breach of contract, breach of an implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
