William George Shattuck (defendant) pled guilty to one count of sexual conduct with a minor under 15 (see A.R.S. § 13-1410) (a class 2 felony) and one count of sexual conduct with a minor under 18 (see A.R.S. § 13-1405) (a class 6 felony). There were different victims on each charge. The offenses were committed on different dates. As part of the plea agreement allegations of prior convictions were dropped from the indictment...
