It is ORDERED that the resignation of BARRY A. ROSENSTEIN of ATLANTIC CITY as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey be accepted with prejudice in accordance with R. 1:20-5(a)(1), effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that the acceptance of this resignation be deemed equivalent to respondent's disbarment; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent be permanently restrained...
