McLarty Leasing System, Inc. appeals from a judgment dismissing its complaint against Lehman D. Blackshear and E. Sidney Groves as guarantors with prejudice. Blackshear and Groves cross-appeal from that part of the order which dismissed their third-party complaint against Ronnie Sleeth as a coguarantor.
