This is a suit involving ownership and possessory rights to three contiguous lots in a platted subdivision situate in Camden County, Missouri. In those parts of their petition which spawned the issues germane to this appeal plaintiffs alleged a right to possession and sought recovery of the property in question (Count I) and prayed that title to said property be quieted in them (Count II).
