This case involves the question of parental responsibility for injuries inflicted by a minor child. Because we are restrained by supreme court precedent, we affirm the trial court's direction of a verdict for the parents of the alleged tortfeasor. However, because we are unable to reconcile the precedential supreme court holding, or our own, with what we feel to be the dictates of justice and fairness and feel that it is time for a more enlightened...
