The trustee filed an application to compromise the three (3) above captioned adversary proceedings on February 16, 1983. Objections to the proposed compromise were timely filed by Wheless Drilling Company, Newpark Drilling Fluids, Inc. and Aztec Corporation, all creditors of Emerald Oil Company, the debtor herein.
