Defendant was arrested for DUII in March, 1981. Because he was indigent,1 counsel was appointed for him. He pled guilty in September, 1981. It was his first offense, and at his request the court placed him in the DUII rehabilitation program then in operation. ORS 484.385 (since amended by Or.
