This case is before us to review the construction of a contract and the amount of credits due under that contract, as well as the method of allowing such credits.

The parties, defendants-sellers and plaintiff-buyer, entered into a contract for the sale of 292+ acres of land, at $4,500.00 per acre, representing a sale price of $1,314,000.00....
