PER CURIAM.

Dale Stone, Jr., was convicted after pleading nolo contendere to an indictment charging him with sale of cocaine in violation of former AS 17.10.010. Superior Court Judge Walter Carpeneti suspended the imposition of Stone's sentence and placed him on probation for a period of five years. As conditions of probation, Judge Carpeneti required Stone to serve two years in prison and pay a fine of $10,000. Stone subsequently moved to...
