Minnesota Valley Country Club, Inc. ("Minnesota Valley") brought this action against its president, Mark R. Gill; Golf Shares, Inc., a corporation wholly owned by Gill; Charles Newman, Gill's financial advisor; and First Lakeville State Bank ("Lakeville Bank") alleging that Gill, in conspiracy with the others, had converted substantial corporate assets to his own use. At the same time, Lakeville Bank brought suit against Golf Shares...
