OPINION

ASHLAND, Bankruptcy Judge:

Impulsora Del Territoria Sur, S.A., dba Hotel Solmar (plaintiff) appeals from a judgment of the bankruptcy court which held that the debtors' liability to the plaintiff is dischargeable.

We affirm.
