Vicky Lyne Benson appeals the order of the trial court which modified a foreign custody decree by transferring custody of Kelly Webb from appellant to respondent. Appellant asserts that it was improper for the trial court to modify the custody decree because it lacked subject matter jurisdiction over the case.
