JUSTICE HOPF delivered the opinion of the court:

Defendant, Container Technologies, Inc. (CTI), entered into an agreement with Printpack, Inc. (Printpack). Printpack was to provide CTI with coated materials from which CTI would then make metallized toy balloons. After delivering its product and not being paid for its services Printpack sued CTI for $20,379.75. CTI counterclaimed, alleging Printpack had breached the contract and warranties...
