David Taylor appeals from his conviction in the Circuit Court of Jackson County of four counts of breaking and entering. On October 26, 1982, a Grand Jury returned a five-count indictment charging the appellant with breaking and entering various buildings, other than a dwelling house, in 1980 and 1982, with intent to commit a larceny. He was convicted on four of the counts and sentenced to four concurrent terms...
