Petitioner, Gary Frank Stevens, appeals from an order of the Orleans Superior Court denying his petition for post-conviction relief. 13 V.S.A. § 7135. This appeal challenges the voluntariness of petitioner's plea of guilty to the State's amended charge of manslaughter, alleges ineffective assistance of counsel, and asserts that petitioner was unable to exercise his right of allocution.
