This appeal arises out of an action for conversion. Plaintiffs, Ronald Norman and Kay O'Brien, brought suit against defendants, Jerry and Virginia Landing, for conversion of certain items of personal property. A jury trial was held. At the close of plaintiffs' case, the court directed a verdict in favor of defendant Jerry Landing. The case then proceeded against defendant Virginia Landing.
