ALLEN, J.

On September 10, 1982, defendant was convicted of murder in the second degree, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549, and felony-firearm, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). Sentenced to from 4 to 15 years in prison on the murder conviction and 2 years in prison on the felony-firearm conviction, to be served consecutively, defendant appeals as of right raising six issues, none of which we find requires reversal. We note, however, that Issue I involves a question of first impression...
