Bourgeois, Dupuis, Wright and Cohen, sublessors, filed suit against Hayes, Durio and Richard, sublessees, seeking an acceleration of the terms of the sublease of office space, on the ground that defendants breached their obligations by failing to pay the rent due under the terms of the sublease.
