This case involves the determination of what happens when a Chapter 7 debtor and another individual own real property as joint tenants1 at the time of filing of the petition, and the co-owner dies during the administration of the case. The converse of this case involving the death of the debtor is the subject of In re Lambert, 34 B.R. 41
