Thomas Black appeals a summary judgment dismissing his breach of contract action against the St. Bernadette Congregation of Appleton, the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay, and Bishop Aloysius J. Wycislo. The trial court dismissed the action after it concluded that Black was terminated as principal of the St. Bernadette elementary school for ecclesiastical reasons. Black contends that a material issue of fact exists...
