John W. Keziah died in a plane crash while returning home after playing in the American Amateur Golf Classic in Pensacola, Florida. At the time of his death he was vice president in charge of sales for Monarch Hosiery Mills. The plaintiff, Keziah's widow, filed a claim under the workers' compensation act. A deputy commissioner conducted a hearing and denied the claim on the ground that the death did not arise out of and in the course of the employment...
