This is an appeal from a decree of the chancellor which granted the petition of appellee, R.A. Pickens, acting individually and as trustee of the B.C. Pickens trust, who sought to remove the appellant, Madelyn Ashman, as a co-trustee of the abovenamed trust. The trust was created by the last will and testament of the appellee's father and has been in existence since 1932. Appellee has been a trustee since 1936, and appellant, who is appellee's daughter...
