OPINION

KLEINSCHMIDT, Judge.

The dispositive issue in this special action review of an industrial commission award is whether the administrative law judge erred in finding that claimant was an independent contractor on the date of injury. Because the evidence does not reasonably support the administrative law judge's conclusion, we set aside the award.
