On February 21, 1984, A. David Laudani, Debtor filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition listing among his creditors James P. Wheeler and Sheila Wheeler. Debtor listed the Wheelers as creditors having an unsecured claim without priority, for an unknown amount which was claimed to be "disputed, unliquidated and a contingent liability" (pending lawsuit).
