The present case in a nutshell concerns the struggle between a now divorced couple over the ownership of a Kentucky Fried Chicken business in Hendersonville. The plaintiff-husband claims he is entitled to 48% of the business which has now been incorporated. He has sued his wife and the corporation in which he allegedly has an interest. At trial the jury, responding to the only issue placed before them, found that the plaintiff was indeed entitled...
