The defendant Richard M. Emery appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (York County), affirming the divorce judgment entered in the District Court on February 8, 1983, and an amendment to that judgment entered on April 18, 1983. The Superior Court denied Mr. Emery's appeal because of the lack of an adequate record of the District Court proceedings.
