In November, 1980, Beeks was sentenced to two years probation under the First Offender Statute, and required to pay a fine and restitution for his crime. In February, 1982, appellant's probation was revoked for the offense of theft by receiving; he was sentenced to five years, two in incarceration and the balance probated.
