This is an appeal of a trial court's allowance of attorney fees following remand from this court.

This is the fourth appeal of matters concerning the estate of Owen R. Robinson and the second appeal concerning the awarding of attorney fees under K.S.A. 59-1504. The facts as stated in In re Estate of Robinson, 232 Kan. 752, 659 P.2d 172
