This action is before the court on defendant's1 motion to set aside judgment, plaintiff's motion to compel, and defendant's motion for a protective order. Because the court concludes that defendants' motion to set aside judgment should be granted and that this action should, therefore, be dismissed, the latter two motions are moot.
