I. INTRODUCTION:

This is an action by an employee, Mark Wildman, alleging that he was fired because of his age, all in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. Secs. 621-634, and the Puerto Rico Discrimination Law, 29 L.P.R.A. Sec. 146.
