This action was initiated on August 14, 1979 when Plaintiff, American Sun Roof Corporation [Sunroof], filed its Complaint, alleging that Defendant, Cars & Concepts, Inc. [C & C], had infringed its patent rights on a unique car accessory (namely, a roof cap). On September 11, 1979, C & C answered the Complaint, thus, joining the issue. The instant Motion for Summary Judgment was filed on April 2, 1984...
