This is a combined appeal1 from the judgments of the trial court in four cases which involve requests for the dissolution of a corporation, for the winding up and dissolution of a limited partnership and for the discharge of two notices of lis pendens. The briefs of the parties being silent on the matter of the judgments in the third and fourth cases which discharged the notices of lis pendens, we find no error in those two...
