Donna Marie Leigh, mother, appeals a judgment granting Daniel Francis Leigh, appellee, a writ of habeas corpus returning the physical custody of the parties' daughter, Chanda Marie Leigh, to the father pursuant to a modified custody judgment of an Iowa court.
