This is an appeal by David Bruce Reimsnider, the defendant — appellant, from a judgment entered against him in the Circuit Court for Howard County (Fischer, J.). The appellant contends:

1. That the trial court erred in denying the motion to suppress the evidence as it was seized incident to an unlawful arrest and search; 2. That the trial court erred in not dismissing the indictment for the State's failure to bring the appellant...
