Appellant was charged in an indictment with grand larceny, D.C.Code § 22-2201 (1981), receiving stolen property, id. § 22-2205, and unauthorized use of a vehicle, id. § 22-2204. He was convicted by a jury of grand larceny and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of two to six years for grand larceny and one year for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
