As a result of an automobile collision on December 20, 1982, defendant Linda D. Williams was charged in two separate bills of information with violation of R.S. 14:32, negligent homicide, and R.S. 14:98, driving while intoxicated. After some preliminary pleadings, she entered a plea of guilty on both charges and a pre-sentence investigation was conducted.
