We have for consideration preliminary objections in the nature of demurrers and a motion for more specific complaint in this action. The facts alleged by plaintiff are that Louise W. Keough was an employee of defendant Harshaw's for a period of 29 years. Coutsolioutsos was at all material times president of Harshaw's. In January of 1982, Coutsolioutsos requested and urged Keough to agree to the modification of her employee benefits...
