This case comes before us on appeal by the plaintiff, Frank J. Formisano, as president of Local Union No. 220, United Rubber, Cork, Linoleum and Plastic Workers of America (Local 220, URW), from a judgment of the Superior Court in a declaratory-judgment action. The case was presented to the court on an agreed statement of facts. The issue before the court is the plaintiffs' entitlement to reimbursement of two months' premiums paid...
