The Plaintiff-Appellant, Barbara S. Kemp, instituted the instant action in trespass in the lower court claiming that the Defendant-Appellee physicians and hospital were negligent in failing to diagnose and treat a condition which allegedly caused the death of Martin Kemp, the Appellant's decedent.1 A trial was held before a jury which returned a verdict in favor of the Appellees.
